We tried contacting their chatbot to enquire about live-streaming options.

The chatbot wasn’t offering an option to ask such a question, so we requested to be transferred to the agent via the menu in the bottom left corner of the chat.

After proving our identity via an email code, we were sent back to the chatbot with no further explanation.

Then we tried to send an email with the same question, only to be met with a reCaptcha error and an inability to send it in the end.

We hope these issues are only temporary and will be sure to update this section when they’re resolved.

Our Verdict

FanDuel is among Canada’s most popular sportsbooks, and it’s with a good reason.

Our research showed there are both popular and niche sports to bet on, NFL bettors are in for a special treat, and lovers of college football have an enormous choice of prop bets.

With live betting, cash out, and competitive odds, this operator offers enough options for a regular bettor.

The lack of live streaming is one of the brand’s biggest downsides. However, there are great alternatives for that, like Bet99

The issues we encountered with customer support presented the biggest frustration for us when we were testing the platform.

Regarding its casino section, the live casino covers all popular types of games, although the overall number of games is somewhat low compared to its competitors.

A good downloadable app and fast withdrawals also played a role in our final verdict, but so did the lack of Canadian favourite payment methods, such as Flexepin.
