Not just that, you can also choose Progressive Slots (something not available to Ontarians).

I checked with customer support, and they mentioned that this difference pertains to regulations in Ontario.

User Friendliness

Navigating the casino section was pretty hard for me.

While they have some categorization, it does not specifically help me find my favourite games.

For example, I want to play slots with low volatility. However, there’s no filter for that.

Furthermore, there’s no filter to sort games by providers either.

Some helpful categories are Table Games, Megaways, Instant Wins, and Drop & Wins.

You can also choose featured games or check the newly added games in the ‘New’ category.

There’s also a handy search bar you can use to look for any game you want to play.

However, the ‘Table Games’ category also lists many live games, which makes it confusing to find table versions if you do not want to play live games.

This is a bit annoying since Bet99 already has a live casino section where they can show these games.

The one neat feature here was that I could mark games as favourites.

This made returning and playing the games I liked easier without searching for them.

You can also mark games as favourites by clicking on the ‘star’ icon on each game.

While Sports Interaction requires a bit of scrolling, it lists games under various helpful headers, like Top Playtech Games, Top Pragmatic Games, New Releases, etc.

bet365 does not have filters either. However, these small info boxes on all games tell you about their RTP, volatility, etc.

It’s not the ideal solution, but it still gives you some details.

Providers

Well, it is incredibly hard to know about all the providers available on Bet99 due to the lack of filters. However, I want to make it easier for new users to get started.

Hence, I will list a few games I know about and like playing from some of the top providers, like NetEnt, Pragmatic, and Microgaming.

The live casino categorization helped me much more than what I found in the casino section.

You can quickly jump from blackjack to roulette or game shows.

There are also categories like High Stakes Table, Speed Table, and Drop and Wins that further help you filter out the games.

If you like fast-paced action that does not keep you waiting for results, speed tables include games for you.

If you want to have the chance to win big, try out the high-stakes table.

The one thing I found missing was filters to sort games by providers.

Both PlayOJO and Leovegas have excelled at this, while bet365, Sports Interaction, and Bet99 have yet to.

I also wish Bet99 had created a category for live games like Sic-Bo, Andar Bahar, and Poker.

This would make it easier to find these games.

Currently, they are in the game shows section.

However, this is just my personal opinion and not a significant drawback since these games aren’t as popular as blackjack or roulette.
